Incident Report

Our dog park is fully volunteer-run, and we rely on our members to help keep the space safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone. If an incident occurs involving another member, visitor, or dog, this form allows you to document the details so our volunteers can review the situation. Please note that members are ultimately responsible for addressing and resolving any issues that arise between themselves and others. We simply ask that all reports be honest, factual, and submitted in good faith, so we can maintain a positive environment for all who use the park.
