Lucas Dog Park is open 24/7 year round. If there are any park closers due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances members will be notified via email and the message board on the outside of the park.

There is no separation of big dogs and little dogs so it is very important you remain vigilant with managing your dogs. Use the dog park at your own risk. We are a small dog park and are a close community of pet lovers. We encourage members to communicate and be respectful of one others time in the dog park. The park is open 24/7 allowing plenty of time to come and go.

The best option is to upload your pet’s vet record indicating that they has been spayed/neutered. You may also upload a signed letter from your vet stating that the surgery has been performed.

If there is a medical reason diagnosed by a vet as to why your dog is unable to get the Rabies, Bordetella, or DHPP vaccines, please provide a signed note from your vet using the vet’s letter head.

Any dog after the age of 1 year must be spayed or neutered to be a park member. If your dog is unable to be spayed/neutered then the membership will be paused or revoked until the vet approves and performs the surgery.

Owners are legally and financially responsible for any injury or damage caused by their dog. Lucas Park Dog Park and Lucas Park Dog Pard Board are not responsible for injuries to humans or dogs. Use the dog park at your own risk. Witnesses of incidents can email the Lucas Park Dog Park Board of Directors with a detailed account. Incidents are recorded and filed and can be used as grounds for membership termination.

All members of the household including owners, pet sitters, and guests are required to sign the waiver before entering the dog park. Links to the waiver are posted on the bulletin board inside the first gate. You can also use the link provided on below.
